Kumasi Walking Day Tours

I want to share my experiences in Ghana with you and your community, because I had a really great time in Ghana, when I was there from the 2nd to the 16th june.
Your travel guide was very helpful for my visit, but I planned my tour as well with a tour guide, which you recommend in your travel guide, Ben from Kumasi walking day tours.
When I arrived in Accra first Ben met and greet me, and checked me inside my hotel. I’ve spent one night at Accra, then we moved to Kumasi for a three days tour. He showed me various sites: the Bonwire Kente Weavers and Adinkra workshops, the Manhyia Palace, the Okomfo Anokye Sword Side and the Kejetia Market.
Ben is a humble and very funny tour guide, he knows a lot. He showed me aswell his community Dakojom and I learned there how to prepare ghanaian food as Fufu and of course I ate only local food there.
After Kumasi we continued our trip to Cape Coast for a slavery and adventure tour. I learned a lot in Cape Coast, the history of slavery in Ghana and the Kakum national park. Of course we were at the beach aswell, where Ben showed me, how the fishermen catch the fish – singing at work.
From there we continued our trip to Ankobra Beach Resort for another adventure and for learning a lot about the social and environmental project there, e. g. how they protect the sea turtles in this area. There are very nice beaches, but we only stayed one night there.
From Ankobra Beach Resort we headed to Accra to spend the rest of the days touring to Shai Hills Forest Reserve, Jamestown and other sites.
I had a really great time for this two weeks and I’m happy that Ben showed me the local way of living and culture. I learned so much about the ghanaian culture during this two weeks.
I will recommend Ben’s Tour Guide Service to anyone going to Ghana to use his service.
He will introduce you a lot to Ghana Culture, the history and the heritage.
The contact information in the Ghana Travel Guide is still up to date, but he expanded his service: Phone: 00233249885370; email kwesiannan7@gmail.com.

While planning my holidays in Ghana I contacted Ben quite early and he recommended me the tour after knowing my time schedule and my interests.
