My new company AY Transport has very comfortable air-conditioned buses running all over northern Ghana. I sam based in Tamale but have stations almost every town in the north, including Bole, Wa, Sawla and Damongo, as well as at Mole National Park. Of moat interest to your readers will be my buses from Tamale to Mole NP, which (as with all my services) departs when full. The fare for this leg is 15 cedis if you take a normal passenger vehicle. A few days ago we were lucky enough to meet with Matinu who made our trip to mole memorable! We asked him to arrange transportation from Tamale airport to Mole Motel, but Matinu did much more for us! He welcomed us in his family and shared his meals, arranged the hotel booking, guided and drove us to the sightseeing places on the way and back. I visited Mole National Park with my family a while back and I was delighted by how Ibrahim treated us; always available, brought us around virtually everywhere and gave us a chance to see every animal in the park. I would definitely recommend visiting Mole NP and if you get a chance stop by to say hi to Ibrahim.
