We stayed at the Bridge House there across from the castle. The hotel was reasonable, though not extremely clean but we were disappointed in the service of the staff but most of all in the restaurant. Most of the food on the menu was not available and what the ended bringing was of low quality and very little (at 40 cedis) My fiance also developed diarrhea the day after. Also as you rightly pointed out, some pseudo guides were hanging about and agressively persueds us despite repeated telling off. We still had a great time despite this!
