Kwahu Plateau, Mpraeso, Eagle’s Peak
The American Buddhist was nowhere to be found on the day of our visit, but a friendly lady offered us tables in a restaurant sorely in need of a facelift. Only fried rice and chicken was available for lunch, not particularly remarkable. There seemed to be nicely painted cottages down the hill, but we did not inspect them.
My impression was that a nice idea simply hadn’t worked out very well, perhaps because the location up in the mountains simply does not have an eagle’s view, despite the name.
